Sponsors and member of Dham will get facilities as per the decision taken by the
Trust. It may change according to rules and regulations amended time to time as per decision of the management. |

All the disputed matters will be settled by arbitrations subject to Jodhpur. |

Final decision will taken by trust in the amendments of the rules and regulation
related to the management, sponsors, members, donors, suppliers, residents and all the people who are directly or indirectly related with Dham. |

Any of the tax liability arises by State or Central Govt. will be born by resident people. |

Risk and responsibility covers upto paid amount paid by any of person/trust/organisation etc. |

Amount once paid in favour of Trust is neither Refundable nor Transferable. |

Trust management can take any hard decision against people who are indulge in Misbehaving, anti-activity or are harmful to the assets of Dham or to any resident of
Dham. |

At the time of death of Resident person, immediately will be informed to relatives. if not responded by them to collect the body, Dham will do the needful. Dead body will be send through Ambulance with 5 star level facility upto six hundred kilometers free of cost by Dham. |
